Saad (Sam) has had a successful international career working with a number of major global banking organizations at an executive level. His exceptional journey continued while in Australia when he joined a large Australian Retail Chain with a turnover in excess of $250M. After successfully completing studies including an Advance Diploma of Accounting, Saad became a professional member of the Institute of Public Accountants and became a member of the Australia Tax Practitioners Board. In 1997, Saad established Sydney Business Accounting Pty Ltd (‘SBA’) in North Sydney to provide accounting, taxation and business advisory services to SME’s and individuals. Through SBA, Saad continues to provide technical advice and guidance to a broad range of inter-state and international clients.

With 7 years of professional experience in accountancy, Peter has worked with various international financial institutions. Peter joined SBA in 2008 as an accountant and has completed courses in Advanced Taxation, Strategic Management Accounting and Ethics and Governance. In 2015, Peter qualified as a CPA. Throughout his tenure, Peter has assisted SBA clients with strategic financial planning, operational management and day-to-day financial advice and guidance.

Nancy commenced her career as an internal accountant in the pharmaceutical industry. After ten years of working as an accountant, she relocating to Australia and started her journey with SBA in 2008. Today, Nancy is one of SBA’s most experienced accountants with extensive knowledge in financial reporting, financial analysis and taxation. Through the CPA, she continues to add knowledge as well as provide key support to the SBA directors.

Prior to joining SBA, Fady had been working with multinationals such as Nestle, Thomas Cook and Avon. His 15 years of industry experience has provided him the expertise in budgeting, business plans, financial analysis, management reporting and cash-flow projections. He brings highly valued skills and knowledge, which helps create additional value to the SBA range of services.

Though advice from her teacher didn’t persuade Lana to take a career in accounting, after a distinguished international career in the hospitality industry, she decided to commence formal study in accounting and finance. In 2014, Lana gained her Cert IV in accounting six months ahead of schedule and has already commenced her Diploma in Accounting. Lana is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Bookkeepers as well as being a passionate advocate of local small businesses. Additionally, she is an affiliated member of the SME Association of Australia. Lana provides accountancy, bookkeeping and payroll assistance to several SBA clients on a day-to-day basis, and is a valued member of the SBA team.

Before joining SBA, Marina was as an accountant and consultant in Brazil. Her various roles for international companies such as PwC and BDO, gave Marina the opportunity to work on key projects in corporate compliance and technical analysis for international clients. Her formal education gained her a Degree in Accounting and since being in Australia, Marina has continued to study accounting subjects, as well leadership and management. Marina brings to SBA a wide-range of skills in financial analysis, reporting and payroll and has recently become a member of the Institute of Public Accountants.

Having enjoyed thirty-years at the helm of several international companies, Emad joined SBA as a Business Development Executive. He delivers strategic support for new business development and drives growth across all service and product offerings. His extensive professional network includes stakeholders in government and non-government sectors and within industries such as pharmaceutical, manufacturing, technology and biotechnology and retail. In former roles, Emad was responsible for managing, leading and motivating medium-sized sales teams to achieve consistent growth in highly-competitive environments. For SBA, he will focus on promoting the SBA service advantage throughout NSW, as well as managing interstate campaigns and identifying unique opportunities to expand the SBA brand. Emad is an excellent communicator and negotiator, as well as a consummate professional.

Having studied as a Nurse in Thailand, Suteera decided to follow her interests in Business and Marketing. So, after graduating, she moved to Sydney to pursue her new career and is currently completing a Diploma in Business Administration. Suteera joins SBA as an Administration Officer.
